Rajpal Singh: Captain of Indian Hockey Team

He hails from Chandigarh and was told that your goal should not be simply to wear National colors but excel more and more. Performing at the highest level is never an easy task and Rajpal Singh says that players should work hard to make their dreams come true.

He says that along with fitness, speed and stamina is required when you talk about making a successful career in Hockey. Carving a niche in the field requires practice, dedicated efforts, complete focus on one’s goals.

He has led the Indian team to the final of Commonwealth Games 2010.
