I confirmed about this “khotha” from a Gujarati friends of mine. He says that it perhaps does not have any English name as it is available in Gujarat only. You asked about “bor” also in your mail. I guess “bor” is Indian Jujube.

The Gujarati name for Grapefruit cannot be mosambi (મોસંબી); in Hindi it is known as chakotra. I do not know the exact Gujarati name but in my opinion definitely it cannot be what Vivek says since these are two different fruits.
