I have recently tried singing some Sanskrit mantras that I know by heart. Undoubtedly, when I sing them, it gives me peace and calmness.
Though the number of these mantras are limited and I can’t sing every mantra in a tune, I feel very happy to even sing a single or two stanzas from a long mantra.
