List of similar words in English having similar sounds but different meaning
A few months earlier, I started a Personality Development coaching program and started providing coaching for spoken English. In the course of teaching, I developed a long list of similar words in English that have similar sounds but have entirely different meaning.
There are lots of different words that have same meaning but different sounds or spellings. However, it is quite unique to find similar words in English that have different meanings. I will present them in a sort of series due to large size. Here is the first of them:
Sheer

Shear
