The much awaited Surajkund Mela of 2014 is presently going on full-throttle in Faridabad. I visited last Sunday and it was a great experience to be there. The theme of this year were Andhra Pradesh, Kerela and Goa. There were artists from Tamilnadu, Kerela, Punjab, Kazakhstan, Sri Lanka and various other places.
I particularly liked the parking and other arrangements made by the authorities. There were water taps, washrooms available in whichever you move within the premises. Overall, there was no dearth of activities and facilities that you wanted to enjoy.
The food court was awesome with all types of foods that you can look for including Haldiram’s and Domino Pizzas.
I has been many years since I was planning to visit Surajkund, but this year, I was able to visit with some of my friends. I will share pictures of the Mela.
